Cristina and Dave, I felt that I didn’t really get to thank you properly for all that you have done, not only for Jess but also for me. It was a pleasure to meet you and to learn some very important life-changing things! Having watched my daughter, Jess, struggle for months, I decided to call to see if there was anything you could do to help. I knew nothing of the way in which Dave de Haan and Cristina Rolo work, nor of Mental Training, so I was not sure what to expect. As soon as we met Cristina, she put my daughter and myself at ease. She has an extraordinary way of making people instantly relax and feel calm, which until now, I cannot explain. Cristina started working with Jess and included her trainer and me in some discussions and exercises. It was interesting to see how positively Jess reacted to Cristina’s methods and how things started to change immediately. The changes applied not only to Jess’s riding but also to the way in which she approached everyday things, including the way she reacted to me. Jess’s attitude is far more positive and her confidence has grown enormously. The difference in such a short period of time has been amazing. Cristina’s work has also made an enormous difference to myself, the way in which I think, behave, and speak. I cannot wait to continue to watch the seeds that Cristina and Dave have planted blossom and grow. Jess now has all of the tools she needs to achieve her dreams.
